I first saw Dr Morse last year because i suspected I had a tumor in my salivary gland. After getting all the tests done, his staff got the surgery approved by the insurance quickly and the tumor was surgically removed. I had some post op concerns a couple of days later and was seen immediately-no issues whatsoever. The area healed beautifully, the pathology was explained to me (benign). Considering my experience, I figured it was time to deal with my sinus/deviated problem and had that surgery scheduled with Dr Morse as well. Again, anything I needed after surgery, they accommodated me immediately. A week and a half later and I am a brand new person, breathing like I haven’t been able to in thirty years. Their phone system is indeed problematic but I emailed Briana, the surgical coordinator (that young lady is an angel and she is a wizard dealing with insurance, cutting through red tape, getting things done) and she took care of me right away every time, never a complaint. Dr Morse is very knowledgeable, I never have to wait long despite the packed waiting room. He is thorough but efficient. And has the steadiest hands:) Before my first surgery (the man was going to cut into my neck, after all) I asked Briana what her personal opinion was of him. She immediately told me, without hesitation, she wouldn’t work for anyone else and he was a great doctor and human being. I agree 100%. Dr Morse has changed my life

This medical office lacks the attention and consideration for their (new)patients. I just happen to call to confirm an appointment for tomorrow and the receptionist in a non caring, and "by the way your appointment is cacelled". No courtesy or care in her voice.
I firmly believe if you have a person like this in the forefront of a medical facility setting appointment or just answering the phones then you also provide a similar medical non caring service . No thank you!

My visit to Dr. Morse's office was initially promising with a friendly staff and nice environment. However, the consultation was disappointingly rushed, after 1h 30 min waiting to see the Dr ( wish I did not mind) Dr. Morse spent less than five minutes ( literal) with us, not taking the time to listen to my father's medical history before quickly diagnosing and prescribing a medication. This lack of communication and patient engagement left us feeling overlooked and undervalued, despite Dr. Morse's apparent knowledge. A more attentive approach would have greatly improved our experience.

Worst experience. After no more examination than 2 hearing exams, without considering all my syntoms and the explanation of what I was feeling and experienced, the pain around my ear, the sounds I hear, the progress I have done he determined I won’t hear again in 2 minutes without further information and without an MRI or any other study. He don't even feel my lymph nodes or look at my throat.

A professional doctor can't tell you that you won't hear again like he's going to prescribe you an aspirin. where is the human quality and genuine concern for your patients? Where are the explanations of what is happening to you? Where are the alternatives and potential improvements? Terrible experience with this doctor

Through My many years of practice I have never heard any negative feedback or in fact anything negative about Dr Daniel Morse. Just 2 weeks ago I was in need of an ENT specialist. I chose doctor Morse through past experiences of other patients. He and his office staff are the most professional kind and understanding individuals that I've ever dealt with. I was in a lot of discomfort and facing a condition I had no idea what it was. Doctor Morse was extremely professional and within minutes, I had a prompt accurate diagnosis. After nearly 2 weeks of suffering after 3 days I had 75% relief and was relieved myself and no longer in pain. I thank doctor Morse for his accurate diagnosis, treatment for the illness and pain. Thank you doctor Morse and staff!
