You really do get what you pay for ! Great service received from the team at Senso Systems, I phoned a few days before to enquire about a Devialet mania, they mentioned the owner had recently got one and was using it at home but would be willing to bring it in for me to test out! Upon getting there slightly later than anticipated due to my work and local traffic they were still very polite and had the speaker set up and ready to go, I was so happy with it I knew it was what I wanted no hesitation ! but before leaving as I’ve been an audiophile all my life I saw Senso Systems had a pair of the Devialet phantom golds on display to which they gave a demo on them and also another fantastic system in the sound proofed room. Even though time was getting on and I had made my purchase the team there were still nice enough to fulfill my “kid in a sweet shop” I honestly could have remortgaged my house in this shop to my wife’s dismay! but the sound and build quality I heard that day will sit with me for the rest of my life absolutely mind blowing audio. I went home happy with my new purchase the Devialet mania which I take with me on all my work trips away. I would return to Senso Systems without hesitation!.

Be very wary of buying anything that you can't test out first eg in-ceiling speakers. I was sold some that I was assured I wouldn't be disappointed with and, when I most definitely was disappointed with the lacklustre sound (which they agreed was not very impressive) they point blank refused to take them back or even allow me to trade in for some better speakers. You'd be much safer buying from the internet where most companys seem to allow you to return for full refund if not suitable.

I have visited Senso several times and have always found them very knowledgeable, helpful, and with a good range of equipment. Acting on their advice and with no prior audition, my wife purchased a pair of audiophile grade headphones for my birthday. It turns out they are exceptionally good, far exceeding my expectations. It seems they know what they are talking about. This is a business to trust. Highly recommended.

This dealer is a con-artist in my opinion. Avoid. Sold me a pair of speakers for £8,000 which were damaged but had been described as mint. Replacement pair were offered but were also damaged but had been described as mint. I had to pay for replacement postage. Dealer then refused to give me a refund. They only care about making money not whether their customers are happy. They Also trade under bandraudio on eBay. Check out their feedback which speaks for itself.

I would avoid this place as customer service was very very poor ! Appointment was made ,we travelled 200 miles to be told 'Oliver ' had popped out for an hour ! Then to find out they had not got in the speakers we were supposed to be listening to ! A phone call to let us know they were unable to source the equiptment before we had made the long journey is basic manners !
I am assuming this shop must be just a hobby As they turned away a potential £7.000 .?!!
